Free Discovery Meeting
This is a 30 minute “meet and greet” to see if we want to work together. It’s a great way to get all of your questions answered!
Basic Package - $200.00
This includes a 90 minute initial consultation + 2 – 60 minute follow up consultations. You will also have unlimited email access to me and an online support group. This option saves you 10% over booking sessions individually.
Group Coaching - Starts at $25.00 per person
Are you and some friends, family or co-workers wanting to get healthy together? This is a great cost saving option for you! Let’s schedule a time that we can hop on a group zoom call and work out the details.

Lifestyle Reset - $150.00
This is for people looking to have one big session and cover all of the things. It is a great option for those who are very self motivated, or those who fell off the wagon and need help getting restarted. The meeting runs between 90-120 minutes.
Basic Plus Package - $405.00
This package includes 1 – 90 minute initial consultation plus 5 – 60 minute 1 on 1 consultations. We will meet twice per month for 3 months with this package. Booking this saves you 10% over booking sessions individually. You will also have unlimited email access to me and an online support group.
