Hello, I’m Diane!
I have been all over the place with my weight and health over the years. As a child I grew up as a member of the “clean plate club”. My teenage years were comprised of watching my mom try every diet craze in a desperate attempt to lose weight. I spent my 20’s yo-yo dieting and my 30’s adjusting to married life and having children. By the time I hit my 40’s, I was tired of being tired and struggling to get, and keep, the weight off. I became obsessed with nutrition and exercise, particularly with learning to pick foods and exercises that would give me “the most bang for my buck”. In other words, I didn’t have a lot of spare time between working and motherhood to waste, so I needed a no BS way to adopt changes that would work to lose weight and be sustainable for life. I got so many questions about how I did it, I decided to go back to school and become a Certified Health Coach. Now I have the knowledge to safely guide you on your journey.
I have learned lots of tips and tricks along the way to help set you up for nutritional success every week. The system I use takes very little time to do and rewards you with so much less stress. Who doesn’t want to be less stressed about food??
