A question I get all of the time is – “what kinds of foods am I going to eat if I work with you?’ Guess what, my answer is, I don’t know! I do not “prescribe” a nutrition protocol for my clients. Shocked?? Here’s why…..every single person is different! What I eat or what your friend eats may or may not work FOR YOU. I help people discover the foods that will work for their own bodies. I use a systematic, dietician created approach that will unlock the door to what makes your body function at it’s best.

There are a couple of paths that I generally have my clients follow. One is a bit more general in nature, and the other is a pretty dialed in approach to nutrition. The path you pick will be based on your personality, what type of exercise you are doing and how much time you have. This picture above is a collage of some of the foods I eat to make my body happy. Depending on what type of exercise I am doing, I eat 3 – 5 times per day. I eat a variety of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. A wide variety of colorful vegetables is also a large portion of my diet.
